Supplier discovery & qualification

Turn your requirements into a focused search, then compare factories on capability, commercial fit and supporting evidence.

YOUR FIRST STEP

Start with a technical review

Review your specification or prototype, identify missing information and agree what factories need to quote on a comparable basis.

  • Factory capability shortlist
  • Comparable RFQ and quotation review
  • Supplier qualification questions

An initial guide. Scope, fees and deliverables are agreed after a project review.

WHAT WE’LL FOCUS ON

Acoustic performance, consistency and mechanical reliability.

An agreed acoustic specification, reference samples and functional acceptance criteria.

04 / HOW WE WORK

From a conversation
to a considered decision.

A transparent journey with clear review points. Start with a focused engagement and agree the next step as the evidence develops.

05 / MANUFACTURING FIT

The right process.
The right partner.

Manufacturing capability is more than a product catalogue. We help frame the questions that show whether a factory can support your specification and commercial model.

Review: material declarations, dimensional tolerances, tooling ownership and change control.
OEM, ODM & private label

Existing product platforms, adapted designs or custom development, including branding, packaging and accessories.

Review: design responsibility, IP terms, development charges, MOQ and lifecycle support.

A PARTNER ON YOUR SIDE OF THE BRIEF

Better connections begin
with better questions.

01 / SPECIALIST FOCUS

Built around audio.

Product conversations grounded in acoustic performance, component integration and hearing-protection requirements.

02 / COMMERCIAL DISCIPLINE

Look beyond unit cost.

Consider tooling, MOQs, quality, lead times and continuity together to understand the full sourcing decision.

03 / CLEAR ACCOUNTABILITY

Know what happens next.

Defined scope, visible milestones and agreed approval points keep your team involved throughout the engagement.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

A few useful
answers.

Do we need a finished specification?

No. An early conversation can help turn your idea into a clear sourcing brief. Existing drawings, reference products, target pricing or prototypes are useful, but the first step can be defining what is missing.

Can you work with our existing supplier?

Yes. A project can focus on an existing supply relationship, commercial review, quality issue or alternative sourcing route. The scope depends on the information and access available.

Can you support smaller production volumes?

We can include your target volumes in the supplier search. Minimum quantities depend on the product, tooling, materials and factory, so suitable options and trade-offs are reviewed for each brief.

How are confidentiality and fees handled?

Confidentiality arrangements can be agreed before sharing sensitive technical material. Scope, fees, responsibilities and any supplier-related commercial arrangements should be confirmed in writing before an engagement begins.

Does sourcing support include certification?

Support can include coordinating documentation and specialist testing. Certification or conformity assessment is performed by the appropriate qualified organisations where required. Requirements and responsibility for market placement are agreed for the specific product.
